  • As our online application process is comprehensive, please take the time to fill out your application as
completely as possible. Most delays in processing result of incomplete applications. A campus tour is
encouraged prior to application. Below is a checklist of items required to complete your student’s application:

    • Teacher Recommendation Form  (grades 1-12, including homeschooled applicants

  • When a student’s application is complete (application submitted, and all documentation referenced above is received) the Admissions Department will schedule an on-campus entrance testing appointment for K5-9th grade. 10th-12th graders will test as deemed necessary by administration. The testing fee is $100. We will not offer a testing slot for grades that are full.

  • The admissions committee will carefully review all submitted documents to assess qualifications. After review, the committee will schedule a family interview with both the student(s) and their parent/guardian for those who meet the criteria. This interview will provide an opportunity to discuss the next steps in the admissions process.

  • The final decision for admission is determined by the Admissions Committee. Evaluation will be on the basis of the following:

    • Transcripts/Report Cards

    • Behavior References

    • Demonstrated grade-level proficiency

    • Submission of any 504 plans and/or IEPs for consideration

    • The student’s sincere desire to attend PCA

    • The understanding of PCA’s Christ-centered education and willingness to adhere to PCA policies

  • When an enrollment offer is extended for a student, an online enrollment packet and instructions for completion will be emailed to the primary contact on file. The enrollment fee starts at $150 and will move up to $250 in May of the upcoming school year. All enrollment spots are first come, first serve. The enrollment
packet is the final step in enrollment to Parkway Christian Academy, and must be completed and paid to secure your student’s spot.
